1. Overview of LRHD-7 automatic asphalt softening point tester:
A new computerized asphalt softening point tester is used to determine the softening point of viscous petroleum asphalt according to the round-the-ball method. This instrument is suitable for determining the softening point of road asphalt, polymer modified asphalt, liquid petroleum asphalt, coal tar distillation residue or emulsified asphalt evaporation residue. It is the preferred instrument for highway, bridge construction and research institutions.
LRHD-7 automatic asphalt softening point tester meets the requirements specified in People's Republic of China Standard (GB/T4507-2014) Determination of Petroleum Asphalt Softening Point and T0606-2011 Asphalt Softening Point Test in People's Republic of China Industry Standard JTG E20-2011 Test Code for Highway Engineering Asphalt and Asphalt Mixture.
2. Main features of LRHD-7 automatic asphalt softening point tester:
★7-inch LCD touch screen display: clock display, current temperature display, timing display, heating process display, test result display, function selection keyboard, etc. are rich and concentrated, with a high degree of integration and simple operation.
★ Micro-computer CPU control, heating rate accurately meet the requirements of 5 0.5℃/min, heating rate per minute automatically calculated, making the test operation more simple.
